Manual parking systems on campus often result in long queues, registration errors, and poor monitoring of student vehicles. This study proposes a method for designing an automated parking system based on Near Field Communication (NFC) integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT). This system uses an ESP32 as the main microcontroller connected to an RC522 NFC module, ultrasonic sensors, servo motors, and an I2C LCD. Student access data is automatically stored in Firebase and displayed through a monitoring website. The research method uses a prototyping approach with stages of hardware design, software implementation, and testing. The test results show that the system is able to read NFC cards in less than 1 second, open the parking barrier automatically, and record data in real-time into a cloud database. These findings prove that the designed system is able to overcome queue problems, increase efficiency, and strengthen the security of student vehicles on campus
